SealReport汉化中文包
使用方法：
1，把中文资源包（Translations.zh.csv）放在站点的Repository\Settings目录下面
2，C:\wwwroot\SealReport\Repository\Settings
3，然后在报表首页配置： Culture 为中文(中国)
