Reconstruction of absorption coefficient \mu_{a} and scattering coefficient \mu_{s} is very important for applications of diffuse optical tomography and near infrared spectroscopy. An algorithm is proposed for the fast reconstruction of off-axis digital holograms based on a combination of complex encoding (CE) and spatial multiplexing (SM).
