基于FreeRTOS操作系统和标准固件库库函数版本的STM32F103RCT6的LED,USART，RTC，DHT温度采集例程。USART1采用二值信号量同步中断与任务，RTC每10秒（可以自行设定，已将函数引出到main函数）中断一次并采集温湿度数据发送到串口。

官方的固件库文件转换的，原文件是.chm格式的，在平板上不好用。不过技术有限，转换后文件变大了很多。。。如果出现卡死，等一会儿，可以打开的。因为我自己没有找到更好的固件库PDF文件，有的话还请务必留言告知。。。如果有会汉化的同学就更好了
