About the Author CLAYTON R. PAUL, PHD, is Professor and Sam Nunn Chair of Aerospace Systems Engineering, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mercer University. He is also Emeritus Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Kentucky, where he served on the faculty for twenty-seven years. 微波至太赫兹波段,石墨烯的电导率由带内贡献决定。利用带内电导率模型,研究了该频段石墨烯的表面电导率、等效表面阻抗和等效介电常数随化学势和温度的变化关系。石墨烯的表面电导率和等效表面阻抗受化学势的影响比较大,具有可调谐性,而受温度的影响比较小。根据带内电导率模型和石墨烯表面等离激元的色散方程研究了无限大平面石墨烯表面等离激元横磁模的有效模式指数。结果表明,石墨烯应用于等离子天线时,与传统材料的天线相比高度小型化。所以,石墨烯应用于天线具有可调谐、性能可靠和小型化等优点。根据电磁波的传输特性,研究了石墨烯的透射系数随化学势的变化关系,透射系数受化学势影响比较大,这为设计可调式太赫兹滤波器提供了可能。设计了可弯曲石墨烯天线,获得了较好的增益方向图。
