MODBUS VC上位机程序

加一个232转485的转换器,然后PC与智能仪表连接,采用本程序就可以读取智能仪表(RZ102)内的数据量(电压电流功率因素等等),并将数据存储在数据库hjp.mdb中,需要时还可以从数据库中读取数据,并显示出来.
