1.使用同步助手把照片文件拷贝出来，放在c：\tmp文件夹下，2.然后下载ithmbconv.exe 4.用thmbconv这软件在dos下命令行里执行那个最大的文件。对于dos不熟悉的同学可以把那个软件一起放在同一个文件夹下面，方便些。3.执行完就会得到*.ppm的文件，再用ps打开另存jpg就ok了！
