nu-book-zxing-cpp源码，还有编译好的VS2019_x64版本，还是nu-book好用，比其他迟迟不更新的zxing库，对二维码的识别率更高，且没有中文乱码问题，TextUtfEncoding.cpp内的ToUTF8和FromUTF8函数就能解决大部分乱码问题。
