用法： [NArray, EArray, ZArray] = sweref(northLat,eastLong,height)
接受十进制度 (dd.ddddd) 和“NMEA 格式”(ddmm.mmmmmm)。
根据www.lantmateriet.se上的说明进行计算。 结果的准确性未知，但它似乎适用于具有 +3 米精度的一般 GPS 应用程序。 不保证强硬。
