这是ST公司生产的stm32f103所用的官方固件库，使用这个固件库，可以屏蔽寄存器的地址，不需要编程前再做寄存器映射的工作。这对我们来说方便了很多

1.STM32F4系列固件库，官方的固件库。 2.ST官网的下载速度感人，这200多M本人当初周末下了一天半。而使用KEIL5的pack installer下载的安装包又很坑，速度慢不说还经常中间出错，安完不可用是常态。故此分享出来。资源里还有个50分的我也是呵呵了，方便大家系统默认初始5分。 3.里面还有DEBUG set时的flash文件省有的哥们找不到。 4.使用时直接双击pack文件安装即可。
