里面带zlib1.2.11，按照下面的顺序依次编译即可，静态库在stage/lib/win32 or x64下，编译如下：
1、b2.exe -j8 --toolset=msvc-14.2 --without-python link=static runtime-link=shared threading=multi debug release
2、b2.exe -j8 --with-iostreams -sZLIB_SOURCE=".\zlib-1.2.11" -sZLIB_INCLUDE=".\zlib-1.2.11" link=static runtime-link=shared threading=multi debug release
