oracle10g安装后odp.net下没有oracle.dataaccess.dll或者只有1.x版本的dll 如果需要2.102.0.5这样的2.x版本的dll需要在安装oracle10.1之后，安装这个ODAC包，然后安装10.5补丁包 也可以单独安装，里面的oracle.dataaccess.dll版本为2.102.0.2
