随着计算机的普及以及网络应用技术的普及，计算机已经应用到了社会的各个领域。社会中很多的问题得到了简化，解决问题更加的方便。随着网络的发展，全球成了网络包围的地球村，供求双方在网上直接见面，在网上看样品、谈价格、签合同、支付货款等，企业与企业间的订货、销售、发货等全部交易行为均以电子商务的方式进行。而随着电子商务这种新型的商业运营模式的兴起，电子商务为企业与企业间创造了实现消费需求的新机会，为任何一种商品都带来了最直接的了解与周转渠道。而相较于传统运营模式所存在的种种弊端，电子商务则在企业经营上带来了不少的优势。本文就是利用计算机的各种优点，把计算机技术应用到信息管理方面，这儿要完成的是合同订货发货系统。针对升华公司的业务工作，实现查询功能，按合同的编号查询合同内容、按定货单编号查询定货单内容、发货单编号查询发货单内容；添加功能，对合同签定人，代理商、电视机，合同、定货单、发货单等实体进行添加；修改功能，对合同签定人，代理商、电视机等实体的信息能进行修改
