　　Backup Manager飚王移动硬盘盒备份与加密工具为一专业的文件备份及管理软件，它的主要功能是将您电脑主机中的文件备份至随附的外接式硬盘。相较于传统的档案管理员或其它备份软件，Backup Manager可于单一页面同时选取多个来源文件夹，一次完成备份工作，并且在备份完成后交叉比对来源及终端文件夹，以确认备份的完整性。为增加使用便利性，本软件另提供多项备份模式，您可依据备份工作的性质或本身的使用习惯选择较合适的方式。本软件需搭配指定的外接式硬盘装置，因此使用上必须先将USB接口连接至电脑才能使用。　　安装步骤　　(1)连接硬件　　将外接式硬盘的USB接口连接至欲备份档案的电脑。　　(2)启动安装精灵　　放入随附的光盘片安装精灵即会自动启动，若是安装程序未自动开始，将鼠标光标移至”setup”后连按二下即可启动安装精灵。　　档案备份功能　　设定备份来源路径　　窗口左侧的资料树为选取备料来源位置，点选文件夹左侧即可勾选您所想要备份的目录，目录一旦被勾选，以下所有子目录及档案都会被选取;若再次点选已被勾选的文件夹，则可以取消勾选。另外于同一次备份工作中，您可以选取多个来源文件夹，本软件会将勾选的档案同时备份至外接式硬盘中。　　打勾标示的部份代表文件夹或子目录已选取为备份来源，而其中不颜色的标示显示不同的状况。其中可区分为三种：蓝色 代表该目录已被选取但仅部份以下子目录被选取。　　新增目标文件夹:　　在备份工作开始前，可先建立目标文件夹以方便档案集中管理。首先将鼠标光标移至指定的硬盘区，按下鼠标右键选取”新建文件夹”。在小窗口跳出后设定文件夹名称，按下”OK”键即可完成目标文件夹的建置.　　选取备份终端路径　　单一备份工作只能选取单一终端路径，将鼠标光标移至您想储存备份资料的位置即可直接点选。注意：若系统未连接指定的外接硬盘，则该区块背景会转成灰色并无法按下备份键。　　双向备份：档案备份工作可以选择备份本机硬盘数据至外接硬盘或是将外接硬盘的数据备份至本机硬盘数据夹(请参考下图)，若关闭双向备份则备份方向选择按钮则无法选取(如何开启双向备份功能可以参考设定清单之备份选项)。　　保密硬盘　　简介：保密硬盘为一专业的硬盘加密软件，专门为有资料安全需求的使用者设计，提供一个简单易操作的接口管理安全性资料。保密硬盘功能需使用本软件硬盘格式化功能才能实现，使用者于第一次开启本功能时，须透过本软件将硬盘分割设定为两磁盘区-“公共区”及”加密区”，其中加密区的资料上锁后，需透过软件输入密码并解除锁定后才能读取。
