1.账号管理：登录系统、分配账号（除管理员账号外，所有人员的账号都是分配的）、重置密码（管理员重置为初始密码） 2.角色管理： 员工、部门主管、总经理 （还可以进行其他角色的新建、修改、删除） 3.部门管理： 人事部、研发部、XX部、XX办公室、总经理办公室；（还可以进行其他部门的新建、修改、删除） 4.岗位管理（一个部门可以有多个岗位，每个岗位的工资及绩效考核系数是不一样的）： 本功能的作用是可以展示每个岗位的信息（工资），并可以对每个岗位的信息进行实时调整。 岗位包括行政岗、研发岗、人事岗、项目经理岗、总经理岗，XX岗位，工资包括固定工资和绩效工资以及绩效考核系数，其中绩效考核系数为0-1的数（详细参考工资管理）。 5.员工管理： 本功能的作用是展示每个部门的人员信息，员工只能看自己的信息，部门主管只能看自己部门的员工信息，人事跟总经理可以看所有部门的员工信息。 员工信息包括员工姓名、性别、出生年月、学历、所属部门、所属岗位、所属角色（员工、部门主管）、入职时间、当前工资，注意：部门主管只能有一人 6.工资管理： 本功能只允许人事与总经理使用 工资的计算公式为：岗位固定工资+岗位绩效工资*绩效工资系数(范围为：0-1，每个月的系数不同)+入职年数*200，当月工资的实发存在以下变动：绩效工资系数由部门主管在月底执行绩效打分功能后自动计算得出，90分以上，工资系数为1，70—89，工资系数为0.8 60—70，工资系数为0.7，60分以下，工资系数为0.5。固定工资，绩效工资 为入职后确定的，入职年份系统自动计算。 工资查询：可查全部员工、可根据部门查、可根据人员查，多条件灵活模糊查询 7.绩效管理 本功能只允许部门主管，人事，总经理使用 绩效打分：总经理可以对部门主管打分，每个部门主管进入后只能对本部门员工进行打分，员工登陆后只能看自己的绩效得分，及所对应的绩效系数 绩效系数管理： 该功能只能由人事及总经理使用，对当前绩效系数进行管理，如：增加0.2系数，删除0.5系数 绩效分数管理：该功能只能由人事及总经理使用，可以对分数范围及进行调整，例如70—89，绩效系数为0.8，可以修改为：75—89，绩效系数为0.9，其中分数范围可以输入，但是绩效系数不可输入，为下拉列表读取数据库后进行选择。 8.人员需求： 人员需求申请：部门主管(普通员工无权限)提需求申请，需求包括：申请部门、申请岗位、需求人数、需求原因、需到岗日期、性别(男、女、不限)、年龄（例如25-30岁）、工作经验、学历、专业、职称资格、技能要求、备注 人员需求审批：需总经理审批，审批后不能进行 人员需求信息的修改和删除 职位异动：只有人事可进行此操作，职位异动信息包括：姓名、原部门、现部门、原岗位、现岗位、异动日期、异动原因、填写日期，调整时需要注意，A岗位调入B岗位，需要执行B岗位工资。 9.工资条管理： 本功能只允许人事与总经理使用 可根据部门主管的打分，自动生成所有员工及部门主管的工资，并在表中展示当月工资表，可对表中任意一行数据或全部数据进行打印，每个员工一张工资条。 10.信息统计： 本功能只允许部门主管、人事、总经理使用 X年工资支出（整个公司每月所有支出相加为年工资支出） X月工资支出（整个公司单月所有支出相加为月工资支出） X部门工资支出（展示整个公司X部门X月所有员工的该月工资支出，需要每个员工的信息单独显示）、 X公司最高工资（月最高、年最高） X公司每部门平均工资（月平均、年平均） 年薪展示（所有员工包括部门主管的年薪进行展示） 以上所有功能需要使用 柱状图、饼图、折线图等图表进行展示 11.创意功能随意
