Quality Management (QM) You use quality management to check whether delivered products satisfy your quality criteria. SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) uses the Quality Inspection Engine (QIE) to implement inspection processes in the warehouse. You can either run quality inspections using only the QIE, or, if you have already set up the Quality Management (QM) component in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP ERP), you can use the QIE to integrate your quality inspection processes with SAP EWM.
