针对中压应用场合,提出一种新型的n+1混合式模块化多电平换流器(HMMC)拓扑结构。在传统单桥臂n个子模块的模块化多电平换流器(MMC)基础上,加入1个全桥子模块,使其电容电压控制为半桥子模块的一半,实现输出电压电平数由原先的n +1增长至2n+3。针对其结构提出一种混合式调制方式,在保证HMMC稳定工作的基础上,降低HMMC子模块的工作开关损耗。由于全桥、半桥子模块电容电压不一致,采用一种电容预充电方式,并对子模块电容电压建立数学模型,提出一种子模块电容电压平衡的控制策略。在MATLAB/Simulink软件中搭建仿真模型,仿真结果验证了所提拓扑结构和控制策略的有效性和正确性。
