使用CMake编译最新的OpenCV4.3.5+opencv_contrib 由于网络的原因，花了5个小时左右，最终编译成功，现分享给大家。重点提示：这是一个编译好的资源包，完整可用，本人自己使用过的。但是！！ 用到开发环境，比如大部分人都是为了做人脸识别或图像识别训练才会用到opencv的扩展包contrib的，所以下载这个资源后还需要使用Visual Studio进行构建 ，然后配置开发环境或运行环境才能用。 因为构建后的资源太大了，所以放个编译好但为构建的资源包，分享给大家。避免花太多时间搞半天。
