IROM_Fusing_Tool用于向SD卡写入BootLoader，但是默认的程序只能烧写2GB以下的SD卡。

说明： DSP flash 烧写工具，包括FBTC程序、Flashburn程序，和代码转换工具 PS：相当棒的程序，但是由于身边的开发板是非官方开发板，所以目前的程序还没有调试成功，但是所有的都是基于此程序的。
