基于FreeRTOS操作系统和标准固件库库函数版本的STM32F103RCT6的LED,USART，RTC，DHT温度采集例程。USART1采用二值信号量同步中断与任务，RTC每10秒（可以自行设定，已将函数引出到main函数）中断一次并采集温湿度数据发送到串口。
