为满足市场对超薄广角手机镜头的需求,用光学设计软件Zemax 设计了一款800 万像素超薄广角手机镜头。该手机镜头由4 片非球面塑料透镜和1 片红外滤波片组成。它的总长为3.6 mm、最大视场角为82°、F 数为2.1、畸变小于2 % 。图像采集元件采用的是美国Omni Vision 公司生产的一款型号为OV8858 的互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS),每个像素大小为1.12 mm,奈奎斯特频率为446 lp/mm,最大像素为800 万,最大像高为4.57 mm。设计结果显示,在1/2 奈奎斯特频率处的调制传递函数(MTF)均大于0.25,TV 畸变小于1%,成像质量好。公差分析结果较松,易于生产加工。并用光学系统分析软件ASAP 分析杂散光,其结果可被接受。
