The "ptsaplayer.dll" in the .zip package is the patch to fix the issue that Packet Tracer 7.2.2's PTSAPlayer plugin does not work on Windows 7. Apply the patch will fix the issue. Only users using Packet Tracer 7.2.2 on Windows 7 will need to follow the instruction below to install the patch. Users using Packet Tracer 7.2.2 on Windows 10 and Users using Packet Tracer 7.3 do not need to install this patch. 1. Download PTSAPlayer Plugin: make sure to choose the correct file for 32bit or 64bit 2. Make sure you have closed Packet Tracer application. 3. Extract the file "ptsaplayer.dll" to the plugins folder of Packet Tracer.
