中煤九鑫焦化有限责任公司现有电厂循环水、化产循环水及化产低温循环水3个循环水场,产生污水70 m3/h,为节水减排,采用"三法净水"专利技术与JR-EDR(新型频繁倒极电渗析)技术组合工艺对污水进行处理回用。与传统的混凝过滤技术相比,"三法净水"技术不仅能去除水中的浊度、悬浮物,而且能去除硬度、胶体、总磷、COD等,为后续JR-EDR脱盐设备提供较好的进水条件。JR-EDR脱盐工艺作为一种物理化学反应过程进行脱盐。组合工艺的联用有效提高循环水系统水质的同时减少了排污量。

Algorithms for constructing decision trees are among the most well known and widely used of all machine learning methods. Among decision tree algorithms, J. Ross Quinlan's ID3 and its successor, C4.5, are probably the most popular in the machine learning community. These algorithms and variations on them have been the subject of numerous research papers since Quinlan introduced ID3. Until recently, most researchers looking for an introduction to decision trees turned to Quinlan's seminal 1986 Machine Learning journal article [Quinlan, 1986]. In his new book, C4.5: Programs for Machine Learning, Quinlan has put together a definitive, much needed description of his complete system, including the latest developments.
