Medici is a powerful device simulation program that can be used to simulate the behavior of MOS and bipolar transistors and other semiconductor devices. Medici models the two-dimensional (2D) distributions of potential and carrier concentrations in a device. The program can be used to predict electrical characteristics for arbitrary bias conditions.
