PolyCTLDesigner:用于设计多表位T细胞免疫原的Python脚本-开源

给定了肽(T细胞表位)后,PolyCTLDesigner选择了侧翼序列以优化TAP结合,并通过蛋白酶体和/或免疫蛋白酶体加工方法有效释放潜在的表位,并使连接表位的数量最小化,从而将所得的寡肽连接到多肽表位中。 为了构建多表位,PolyCTLDesigner利用蛋白酶体切割和TAP结合特异性的已知氨基酸模式。 PolyCTLDesigner还能够选择具有所需冗余率的涵盖所选HLA库的抗原性肽。 给定抗原序列,PolyCTLDesigner也能够选择T辅助表位。 为了预测T细胞表位,它使用TEpredict。
