LDRgram:使用d3_clustergram.js可视化LDR数据
LDRgram
该集群图将LINCS数据集注册表（LDR）的数据可视化，LDC是一个DCIC Web应用程序，旨在允许上载和批准LINCS数据签名生成中心提供的实验数据。 簇图显示了每种测定法对细胞系施加的扰动数。 蓝色图块表示已发布的数据，橙色图块表示未发布的数据，某些图块被拆分以表示部分发布的数据。
LDR数据在python脚本process_LDR.py中处理，并生成json static / networks / LDR_as_cl.json。
可视化可以设置为固定大小-通过将id为svg_div的div大小（在custom.css中设置）指定-通过在arguments_obj（在index.html中）中将'resize'设置为false来实现。 可视化效果最好，宽度超过650像素。
