概述
Nelly是一个软件包，用于从时域太赫兹（THz）光谱（TDS）和时间分辨THz光谱（TRTS）数据中数值提取材料的复数折射率。
通常，通过对材料进行以下几种假设之一来提取折射率（例如，假设仅吸收作用于信号）。
这些假设限制了结果的准确性，并限制了对某些类型样本的分析。

Nelly不需要任何这些假设，并且可以准确地处理来自各种样本几何形状的数据。
