ffmpeg.zip
将任何格式的音频文件转为pcm文件格式，方便百度AI接口调用。解压后直接剪切文件夹到自定义的目录下，然后切换到文件夹中的bin目录下，复制路径添加到path中。以下是转换格式的python代码：
