华北地区植被覆盖与干旱历年数据集2001_2013.rar
华北地区植被覆盖与干旱历年数据集（2001-2013）（VegetationDroughtData_NorthChina_2001-2013）由华北地区植被覆盖度数据（2001-2013）和干旱指数数据（2001-2013）组成。本数据集覆盖的空间范围包括北京、天津、河北、河南和山东五个省（市）区域， 即中国华北地区。植被覆盖度反映了植物进行光合作用面积的大小以及植被生长的茂盛程度，能够在一定程度上代表植被的生长状态和生长趋势，常被作为评价区域生态系统健康程度的重要指标。根据16日 MOD13Q1 (NDVI) 数据产品(2001-2013)，运用最大值合成法得到NDVI年最大值，选择0.5%作为置信度域值， 分别计算出NDVIveg和NDVIsoil， 运用混合像元分解模型计算历年植被覆盖度。 干旱指数是反映该地区干旱程度的一种定量指标。干旱指数（Palmer Drought Severity Index，PDSI）数据的计算是根据国家气象信息中心提供的1964~2013年华北及其周边地区共100个气象站点的平均气温、气压、相对湿度、风速、日照时数、降水量的日数据和月数据，运用修正的PDSI干旱指数的计算方法，得到2001-2013年华北地区各站点的PDSI矢量点数据。本数据集的初步研究成果发表在《地理学报》2015年70卷第5期。植被覆盖度数据是250米分辨率栅格数据， 以.Tiff格式存储， 分别存储在两个数据文件中，干旱指数是100个站点.shp格式
