This book represents the third generation in a series that started with Radar System, published by Prentice-Hall in 1964 and reprinted by Artech House in I 976. After many reprintings of that book, a complete revision, Modern Radar ,\'.v,uem Analysis, was publ访hed by Artech House in 1988, incorporating two de­llndcs'advances in radar system theory and practice. Now, after almost another two decades, it is appropriate to update the material to reflect further develop­ mcnts in radar technology and to exploit the analysis and modeling capabilities of modem personal computers. Radar System Analysis and Modeling summarizes the theory of radar systems and provides the radar engineer with methods and tools for 叩limating the perfonnance of a wide variety of radars and for synthesizing or se­lecting radar designs to meet detection and tracking requirements.
