maven-3.1.1版本的本地资源包，直接解压就可使用。 方式1 需要在系统环境变量中直接配置path中配置，路径是到bin目录。 方式2 新建配置（MAVEN_HOME），路径为是解压后的maven根目录，再在path中引用（%MAVEN_HOME%\bin），然后在cmd命令窗口中输入mvn -v，看是否有maven版本输出，有则配置正确。 eclipse-window-preferences-maven ->installation（add-maven家目录 确定 勾选） ->user settings-global serttings（maven解压包中conf的 settings.xml源文件） user settings（用户创建的本地settings.xml，本地文件中对下载的jar包路径做了修改，我的本地路径C:\mvn-repository，还可配置是否优先从何处下载等）
