系统主要包括：
１.查看所有数据 简化＆美化主界面，更加一目了然；
２.添加＆修改数据
主要内容包括：公司名称，联系人，职位，地址，邮编，电话，传真，网址，邮件，产品分类，自定义分类，省份，地区，客户类型，客户星级，客户来源，客户描述，备注，企业法人，法人生日，私人手机，私人邮箱，注册资金，成立日期，ＭＳＮ，ＱＱ等；
隐藏更新数据：录入日期，有效期（默认一年），最后更新日期三项；
增加便签，随时记录客户跟踪情况；
３.高级搜索
提供：公司名称，联系人，地址，电话，地区，产品分类，星级，客户类型，操作员，编号等十项组合查询；
４.跟踪记录查询 （操作员拥有部分功能，管理员有全部功能；）
客户维护记录集查询，方便管理层随时查看操作员的客户跟进情况；
５.数据导出Excel （操作员拥有部分功能，管理员有全部功能；）
根据操作员、客户类型、公司地址、部门等条件，导出.CSV为后缀的Excel格式文件，包括客户的所有信息；
６.数据转移 （仅管理员功能）
列表操作员所有客户，并选择性转移到另外一个操作员名下，也可以全部转移；
７.用户管理 （仅管理员功能）
管理员创建＆修改合法登录账号，包括登录用户名，真实姓名，密码，用户等级，部门；
８.系统设置 （仅管理员功能）
用户等级设置、部门&分公司设置、客户来源设置、客户类型设置、客户星级设置、产品分类设置、便签类型设置以及职位设置；
９.数据库管理 （仅管理员功能）
包括数据库压缩，备份，恢复和系统空间占用情况；
１０.修改密码 管理员设置默认密码后，操作员可以自行修改，存储格式为ＭＤ５加密；
