RLE编码二值图像压缩

本系统是用C#写的一个winform的应用程序,它专门用来处理二值图像的压缩。效率很好,有源代码展示。在做一个项目要用到RLE算法,本来想偷懒在网上搜一个源码,但没有找到用c#写的RLE,故只能自己写一个。现在送给大家,希望对你有帮助

    好像不能输入RLE文件,不能用

    可以用但是没有关键的RLE代码 用Reflector 反编译了RLEcoding 还要仔细研究下,好像和通用的有些差异
