虹膜定位方法实现

    算法的思路是先利用canny进行边缘检测,然后利用hough变换检测圆,找到眼睛的虹膜处。PS:资源积分要的太多了,个人感觉有点不值当。

    刚好急用呀。运行了一下,内圆定位满准确,但是外圆定位不理想。
