实现MSP430单片机测频,单片机需超频至12M主频,采用最常用的低频测周,高频计数方法,频率测量范围达到0.1Hz-20MHz,理论上还可以测更高频率,但是手头只有20M的信号发生器

    没有采用等精度原理,精度一般般。尤其是测量属于高频范围,但频率还不算很高的信号时候,精度最差
