笙科2.4g无线音频芯片A9101资料
笙科电子(AMICCOM)于2016年10月发表新一代高整合 sub1GHz无线语音SoC系列芯片，命名为A9101。该SoC最大的包装为QFN 6x6，锁定无线语音应用，RF部份使用笙科专长的无线芯片核心，A9101的最高速度为2Mbps，17dBm高效率的输出功放。数字部份整合高效能的1T Pipeline 8051，内建16Kbytes Flash Memory、512Bytes SRAM，与各种数字接口，并整合自行研发的Audio Codec。提供2线式的ICE接口，可于开发工具Keil C做完美的连结供使用者开发与除错。
