MATLAB程序加论文 MCKD,粒子群算法程序 本课题主要内容是用最大相关峭度解卷积算法对翻车机齿轮箱故障数据进行处理与分析,获取损伤前后齿轮典型故障类型振动特征的对比数据,进而判定齿轮箱的相应损伤部位,主要内容包括以下几部分: 1.通用诊断方法分析 此部分内容将在一级平行轴减速齿轮箱故障特征频率计算的基础上,根据旋转机械故障诊断方法中广泛应用的波形分析、频谱分析和包络谱分析方法对减速齿轮箱振动信号进行处理,并对所得结果进行探讨。 2.MCKD算法分析 此部分内容将在分析最大相关峭度解卷积(MCKD)的原理和运算过程基础上,对比分析MCKD算法的最佳滤波器长度、移位数、解卷积周期等参数对信号处理结果的影响,设计适用于评价所得处理结果优劣的评价指标,通过评价指标变化曲线对MCKD算法的最佳影响参数进行搜寻,实现影响参数的自适应选取,从而获取翻车机齿轮箱故障特征提取的最优结果。 3.振动信号分析效果对比 此部分内容将对传统直接频谱分析、包络谱分析方法和MCKD算法在处理翻车机齿轮箱振动信号上的效果进行对比,从而验证在齿轮箱故障特征提取上基于自适应最大相关峭度解卷积方法的可靠性和优越性
