基于MSP430G2231单片机的开关电源并联模块电流分配方案(电力线载波)WORD论文+AD设计硬件原理图PCB+软件源码. 摘要 该单片机系统可将所要传输的信息叠加到电力线路上进行远距离可靠、高效的输送,避免了信号传输线(例如网线)的铺设,实现数据通讯,经济、便利,有利于电力部门资产管理,具有投资短、见效快,与电网建设同步等优点。 1. 系统方案 系统由两片并联的DC/DC控制芯片TPS5430组成,通过引入电压反馈环路来调节两个模块的电流比和负载电压。系统的主控制器采用超低功耗的MSP430G2231单片机。采用TI的低功耗的电流采样芯片INA168对分支电流进行检测,通过16位数模转换芯片AD7705采集分支电流和DC/DC输出电压,使用256级的数字电位器MC4100,配比DC/DC反馈网络,进而控制和稳定分支电流比和负载输出电压。 2. 系统硬件设计 详细介绍系统各个模块的硬件实现过程,说明采用关键器件的理由及关键部分的原理图 (不得大量复制原理图,更多用框图的方式示意,仅对能体现工作量和创新的部分提供原理图,评委有权对滥用原理图的论文扣分) 3. 系统软件设计 利用两台LaunchPad G2231的UART接口实现电力线上的半双工通信,LaunchPad A先发一个信号,LaunchPad B 接收到该信号后延时一段时间(65ms)再回复一个,然后再延时一段时间(65ms),A接收到信号以后再延时一段时间,然后再发一个信号,循环往复。 LaunchPad A流程图
