基于MSP430和RFID的小型化智能农业监控系统设计WORD论文文档+硬件原理图+软件源码. 摘要: 针对我国温室农业 “小而散”的分布特征,提出基于MSP430和RFID的小型化智能农业监控系统。系统以微控制器S3C2440作为读卡器的核心控制器,TI公司的超低功耗单片机MSP430作为有源标签的核心控制器,CYPRESS公司的CYRF6936射频芯片作为无线模块。标签通过温湿度、CO2浓度、光照强度传感器采集环境信息,传输到地面监控中心。本文重点介绍该系统的硬件、软件设计体现其创新性。 系统总体设计 本系统主要由有源标签、读卡器、上位机显示控制部分组成。在温室环境中各处安放有源标签,通过温湿度、CO2浓度、光照强度传感器对温室内的环境信息进行采集,系统控制方面主要由上位机设定门限值,当节点采集到的信息高于或低于门限值时,将数据传给读卡器,经过读卡器分析、处理后将数据发送给上位机,上位机下达监控指令,由读卡器控制温室中温湿度、CO2浓度、光照强度调节设备的打开和关闭,进而实现智能控制。系统设计如图1所示。 图1 小型化智能农业监控系统总体结构图 本系统具有结构简单、成本低廉、实时性好、操作简单、易于维护、经济效益高的特点。 2.1.1 系统设计目标 本文的总体设计目标是研究开发一种基于MSP430和RFID技术的数字化、网络化、智能化的温室控制系统,该系统具有集数据采集、环境监测和控制于一体、低成本、低价格等特点。本文主要解决RFID读卡器的硬件与软件设计、基于CYRF6936的射频模块无线通信设计和上位机软件设计等问题。 2.1.2 上位机设计概述 1、上位机主要功能 (1)用户通过上位机软件设置系统工作模式,包括有人模式和无人模式;同时可以设置标签工作模式,控制传感器的工作; (2)上位机通过网口与读卡器进行通信,接收读卡器传送的采集数据并显示,同时由用户向读卡器发送命令,操作控制设备,完成智能控制; (3)对接收数据进行解码、显示并保存至数据库; (4)将数据库上传至互联网,供远程用户访问查询; 2、上位机软件架构图 根据以上功能需求,软件架构如图2所
