数据链路层的滑动窗口协议
这个程序在模拟数据链路层CRC编码实验的基础上实现了ARQ协议功能.按照滑动窗口要求，改变帧格式，采用3位二进制作为帧编号，连续ARQ协议，滑动窗口最大值7。并实现了连续发送和重发.人家花了一天时间才做出来的哦,问你要7分,不为过吧.
