本设计任务基于公司的实际要求，开发出的仓库信息管理系统，目的是为了提高公司自动化办公的水平、经过详细的调查分析初步制定了北京汽车工业供销总公司仓库信息管理系统。该软件的功能是提高公司进出货物，仓库管理、销售管理计划管理等办公效率。 本报告首先介绍了系统的开发背景，意义，要求，接着详细的阐述了子系统的功能模块的划分和说明以及设计，并附有多幅效果图直观地再现了该软件的使用效能。根据现在流行的软件开发手段我们选用了Microsoft Visual Basic 作为前台开发工具，Microsoft Access 作为后台数据库。系统采用的是人机交互方式，界面友好，操作简洁方便，只需按文字提示就可以进行系统操作，完成数据录入，分析，统计等工作。其自身强大的开发功能是我们的软件有很强实用性与智能性，适合当前这种快速原形法的构想。使用起来方便快捷，界面友好功能完善。但由于时间关系及本人的能力有限，报告中一定存在着许多不足之处，恳请老师和同学们多提宝贵意见。 系统具有数据录入、数据修改、记录查询、报表打印等功能。较全面满足了材料仓库管理的各项工作。该系统采用模块化原理编程，做到了模块规模适中，
