win10下配置rabbitmq，起初为了修改端口号，一直修改不了，本人习惯性安装zip格式的，没有找到相关可修改的配置文件，也可以找到文本编辑-怕因编码问题产生问题，最终是要下载我的rabbitmq.config.example
