4.4 条纹图的旋滤波算法
普通滤波不能将条纹与噪声信号清楚地分开，在滤掉噪声的同时 使条纹模，使条纹
特征畸变。
旋滤波思想：
找出条纹的切线方向，只在切线方向上对条纹图进行低通滤波。（找出条纹灰度的等
值线，在灰度等值线上作低通滤波）
这样既滤掉噪声，又不对条纹产生模糊、畸变效应。
构造一个一维滤波窗口→绕当前像素点旋转一周→确定条纹切线方向→在切线方向进
行低通滤波。
步骤：①以当前点为中心的 n×n 像素点窗口内等角度间隔的方向滤波
