Unisphere Service Manager（USM）是一个基于Java的桌面应用程序，是EMC VNX中端产品系列维护的重要工具之一，主要用途是：升级、安装和维护存储系统的硬件和软件，以前的软件叫做 Navisphere Service Taskbar，简称NST。现在已经全部被USM替换了。
需要注意的是，这里的USM不是管理CX或者VNX的WEB界面的那个Unisphere，而是安装在Windows客户端的一个GUI程序。最终用户一般用不到这个工具，更多的是系统维护人员来使用。
