SSH and SSL are secure low-level transport protocols, that provides stable encryption, different authenticaton methods for both client and server and built-in protection. These protocols can replace existing TCP/IP protocols such as Telnet. Both client and server must support SSH/SSL for establishing secure connection. 之前安装mysql报错，报缺少NET Framework4，这时候就需要安装dotnetfx40_full，用这个dotnetfx40_full安装包安装完之后，继续安装mysql的安装包，即可安装成功！！！
