windows中gsoap自带的wsdl2h.exe不能编译https的wsdl文档，需重新gsoap的wsdl2h,来支持对https的访问，此资源为编译好的，支持https的wsdl2h.exe，可直接运行，包含一个生成的onvif.h文件。
