做微信的接口程序，由于accesstoken与其他微信提供的服务都需要通过https访问，在其他机器上正常的程序在一台云服务器上一直不成功，http访问是正常的。最终原因是win2003及其早期版本不支持SHA2，导致HTTPS交互失败，打上968730的补丁后，重启服务器就好了。
