全球治理指标（WorldwideGovernanceIndicators WGI）对全球200多个国家和地区1996－2019年的政府治理状况从六个方面进行了测度：公民参政与政治人权（Voiceand Accountability）、政治稳定性（Political Stability and Absenceof Violence）、政府有效性（Government Effectiveness）、监管质量（Regulatory Quality）、法律法规（Rule of Law）、贪腐控制（Controlof Corruption）。
