官网下载的Keil.STM32L0xx_DFP.2.0.0.pack。亲测，OK。只需要下载，解压，安装.pack包到自己的KEIL安装路径即可（一般默认安装路径）

因为想用STM32L051C8T6，使用自动下载时都是失败的。这是官网下载的，因为是国外网站，不仅网速非常慢，而且经常下载失败，下载了几天，终于下载好了，在此提供共享。
