WIN11的WINHLP是个占位，安装的许多程序HLP都安在本地，跟软件自带的HLP不关联。若恢复本地HLP默认打开，需要用管理员权限安装微软的 winhlp32.msi，自己用上了就转放上来供有需要的下载使用吧。
