1、解压文件，到initializr-service目录下找到 initializr-service-0.7.0.BUILD-SNAPSHOT.jar
2、运行方式 java -jar initializr-service-0.7.0.BUILD-SNAPSHOT.jar --server.port=8080
3、完全断网的环境下，需要提前下载相关依赖包
4、解决了内网还需要访问start.spring.io拉取springboot版本的问题，完全断网也可以支持springboot 2.1.2/2.1.3/2.2.0版本构建
